The Steak 21 concept was born out of the desire to offer excellent steakhouses with a 21st century twist.
Rather than a typical steakhouse we offer only an Angus selection of meats from our very own butcher in Angus, Scotland. The meat is delivered to us directly in a maturation fridge by ferry weekly. Did you know? By the time it reaches us your steak is already 21 days aged. Then we continue the ageing process in each restaurant until you order. This is our secret to ensuring we have the finest, tastiest and most tender steak in Tenerife.
